My name is Ruth Ribalko, I am a wedding planner and social worker with a passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences. Since 2019, I've had the privilege of serving couples along the East Coast, helping them transform their wedding dreams into reality.

My background as a social worker provides me with a unique perspective in the wedding industry. I have a the ability to help couples navigate the emotional complexities of planning their wedding. 

Beyond my social work expertise, I also love creative design and have an eye for detail. I love working with couples to develop a cohesive and stylish wedding vision that reflects their unique personalities. I truly see weddings as a creative expression of the couple and their love to one another. With that in mind I challange you to push past the trends and help you find ideas that are meaningful and memorable to you. 

Beyond weddings

When I'm not busy planning weddings, I enjoy spending time with my beloved pets – two sassy cats and an energetic dog. I am also passionate about volunteering in my community and traveling to new and exciting destinations.

With a background in food management and a master's degree in nutrition, she ensures every detail is considered, especially when it comes to creating exceptional culinary experiences for your guests. 

Irina has flawlessly coordinated countless weddings and events, and her meticulous attention to detail guarantees everything runs smoothly, exceeding all expectations.

Beyond her organizational skills, Irina takes immense pride in going above and beyond for each bride. Seeing them feel completely looked after and radiantly happy on their wedding day is her true reward.

Of course, while weddings are her passion, Irina also cherishes the opportunity to travel and explore the world in her free time, and showcase her happiness everywhere she goes.

Vika Gumena 

An associate wedding coordinator at Serendipity Planned who works alongside Ruth Ribalko. With her meticulous attention to detail and extensive experience in banquet hall management, Vika ensures that every aspect of a wedding is flawless.

Vika's passion for weddings stems from her love of beauty and her desire to help couples create their dream wedding day. She is a firm believer that every detail matters!
